Acryroof Plus Fibro

Synthetic resin-based one-component fibre-reinforced liquid waterproofing in water dispersion resistant to pooling and UV rays

Acryroof Plus Fibro is a one-component fibre-reinforced liquid membrane in water emulsion that may be used without reinforcement. Its special formulation makes it resistant to pooling making it the perfect choice for waterproofing showers, bathrooms and humid areas of the home in general. The product may also be used outdoors for balconies, terraces, etc., provided the surface area is a fairly small (≤ 30 sq.m.). The product contains a special additive that prevents the formation of surface micro-vegetation caused by persistent moisture or when the decks treated are in a shaded area with poor sunlight. once the last layer has cured thoroughly, the product may be tiled with ceramic tiles using an appropriate glue. After curing, Acryroof Plus Fibro becomes a seamless waterproof membrane with elastic behaviour that adapts to microsettlement caused by thermal stress of the deck. When treating perimeter and expansion joints, connection areas between different materials or construction joints, we strongly recommend the use of Casaband SA or Acryfelt Band (elastic reinforcement bands). Acryroof Plus Fibro can also be used as carbonation protective coat on concrete, external facades and cementitious surfaces.
